Hello all!
Wiped out and no time to post. We have to pack up tonight and have our bag ready by 10:30 for the airport. We can take NO liquids and NO meds, so please pray all my asthma meds make it okay in the checked luggage. We'll try to blog tomorrow - Nathan day!, but we might not be able to.

Lori and I are very happy the two of you made it to China safely, and per that comment so did your luggage. Did you two enjoy any BBQ squid or roasted suckling pig? How was the hike along the great wall of China? Way excellent to say you were on there,the only man made object that can be viewed from space I believe. That water running sign, they also post that in America in the men's bathroom of college dorms. I used to see that after a hard Saturday night of partying, usually included a two flush symbol :) YES Lori and I will be praying your meds make it on Nathaniel day, which Cinco De Mayo will now be called. Matt your job is to find me a good drink in that province that I can substitute for margaritas. Oh all of the Gerteisen's friends reading this, despite the last two comments, I am not a drunkard (ask my parole officer). Getting drenched on T-Square, again, opportunity some only get to see via national geographics, particularly during those '90's student uprising. God speed to you both, hug Nathan for us and give him two gluten free cookies in each hand for me.

Good luck!!! I know you can get asthma meds in Guangzhou from the CanAm International Clinic...but it will take until there. Hopefully they will make it with you.
Well I wrote a big post and it all got lost... I hate Google..LOL.
I'll try this again.... Sorry it took me so long to post. I've been in PAIN! Actually... it wasn't that bad. Feels like I was hit in the jaw. I've been pretty wiped from the meds though. Anyway.... where's my pic of the WAll? And did you get my chip?? (LOL Just teasing!). I've been wanting to buy my baby Nat something all weekend but I refrained. He's going to be so spoiled! Guess what...(in secret code..) it's a girl. Found of Wednesday. So anyway, it's 9:30 pm here so it must be Monday morning there and I can't imagine.. you are only a few hours away from meeting him! I bet you have butterflies! Anyway... give him a big ol' Aunt Bweesa hug and kiss and post when you can! Hope all your meds make it ok. Hugs all around! Luvya... Melissa etc... (ps. Em says howdy too!) (pps... The whole signing in business may be frustrating mom too so I'll call her tomorrow night and teach her how to post here in case it's not working for her)
Oh I am so very excited for you guys! Take more photos than you can imagine. You will want to remember every single minute, and after much jet lag, the photos do help you remember. Prayers and positive thoughts heading your way. Get some sleep! Michele
